Ads that earn their keep.
Google, Meta, TikTok and more, planned with your specialist and built by our AI team. We won't spend a penny we can't measure.
AI-powered, overseen by a specialist. Every campaign is built paused and waits for your yes. Launching opens as each ad platform approves us.
We tried ads once. We spent the money and couldn't tell what it bought.
We check your tracking before we spend anything, and report your real sales, not what each platform claims.
What you get.
Tracking, checked first
If we can't measure it, we won't spend on it. Full stop.
Done for youHonest budget maths
Too small to work? We'll say so, and show you how to fix it.
Done for youThe offer that sells
What you're actually promising, sharpened before any ad is made.
Done for youEvery size, done
One image becomes every ad size, with nothing hidden behind the buttons.
Done for youBuilt safe
Every campaign built paused. Nothing spends until you press go.
Done for youReal results
Your own sales count, not the platforms adding each other up.
Done for you“Done for you” means we make the change and check it went live. “Drafted for you” means it’s written, checked by your specialist, and waiting for your yes.
Who does the work.
The person you talk to
Learns your business on the first call, sets up your accounts with you, checks everything the AI team makes, and explains the results in plain English.
Plans ready today
Search, shopping and paid social, planned against the same research the other desks run on, so paid is not bidding on demand the organic programme already owns. Verifies that a conversion can be counted before it will spend anything at all.
The small print, in plain English.
What it can do today, and where it stops
Everything up to the launch button: the measurement gate, the account audit, the budget arithmetic, the offer, the creative at every size and the policy check. Launching a campaign needs each network to approve this software first, and /paid publishes exactly where each one stands.
Things this desk will never do
- No spend at all on an account whose conversions cannot be read. A platform optimising toward an event it cannot see does worse than one given no target, so this is a blocked service rather than a reduced one.
- No budget below the learning floor. Roughly thirty conversions a month per platform is what automated bidding needs to fit a model, and taking a smaller budget anyway is how an agency earns a percentage of money it knows will not work.
- No spend recommendation on a term the organic programme already ranks first for, unless measured incrementality says otherwise.
- No campaign activated without a person, at any autonomy level, on any plan. Launching and raising a budget are the two actions in this product that turn a mistake straight into an invoice.
- No forecast built on an unmeasured click cost or conversion rate. A projection resting on two assumptions is a sales document.
- Never the sum of what the platforms claim. Each counts a conversion it touched, a customer often touches two, and the total is more customers than the business had.
Every AI agent on this team
Each one does a single job, under your specialist, and each has one thing it will never do.
"Writes the headlines and descriptions to each platform's limits and idiom"
NeverEvery field is checked against its limit before it leaves, because platforms truncate silently."Reconciles what the platforms claim against what the business actually recorded"
NeverPlatform-claimed figures are labelled as such, per platform, every time."Decides who to target, who to exclude, and what first-party data is worth building"
NeverExisting customers are excluded from acquisition campaigns by default."Chooses and tunes the bidding, inside the envelope a person approved"
NeverBidding strategy is chosen from the account's conversion volume, not from the platform's recommendation."Sets the envelope, the pacing curve, the ceiling and the expected outcome range"
NeverEvery plan has a ceiling the software enforces, not just a platform budget field."Turns an approved plan into the platform's own objects, paused, and verifies the tree"
NeverEverything is created paused. Activation is a separate approved step."Decides which platforms to use and, more usefully, which to refuse"
NeverThe number of platforms is derived from the budget, not from the client's list."Reads the adverts competitors are actually running, from the public ad libraries"
NeverReport only what the ad libraries publish, and say what they do not."Works out which creative actually worked, and tells fatigue apart from never having worked"
NeverNothing is called before a thousand impressions."Renders every required size from the master assets, with the safe zones respected"
NeverEvery render is checked against the placement before it is uploaded."Works out where the demand is, what it costs, and whether it is already being won for free"
NeverCheck the organic position of every term before recommending spend on it."Reads the page the advert points at, because the advert is only half the job"
NeverThe destination is read before the campaign is blamed."The pre-flight before anything is activated, and the authority to refuse"
NeverTracking is re-verified at activation, not trusted from the plan."Verifies and fixes conversion tracking, and holds the gate that blocks spending"
NeverVerify by round trip. A tag that fires is not a conversion that arrived."Decides what the advert is actually about, which is the offer rather than the product"
NeverThe offer is stated in one sentence before any campaign is designed."Watches spend against the curve daily, and enforces the ceiling the client agreed"
NeverSpend is read against our own ceiling, not the platform's budget field."Reads the advertising that already exists before anybody proposes more of it"
NeverRead the live account before proposing anything new."Decides the concept each advert expresses, from the argument the content desk already had approved"
NeverEvery concept ladders to the approved point of view; none invents a second brand voice."Writes the weekly report: one number, what moved it, what happens next"
NeverThe headline is the business's own number, never the platforms' sum."Checks every advert against platform policy before it is submitted"
NeverEvery advert is checked before submission, without exception."Builds and runs Google and Microsoft search campaigns, where the intent already exists"
NeverEvery campaign launches with a negative keyword list already in it."Owns the product feed and the shopping campaigns that run on it"
NeverFeed health is checked daily, because products drop out silently."Builds and runs Meta, TikTok and the other feed platforms, where demand has to be created"
NeverConsolidate ad sets rather than splitting them, so each one clears its learning floor."Builds YouTube, Reels, Shorts and TikTok video campaigns, and is honest about what they close"
NeverCaptions on everything, because most of the audience never turns the sound on."Finds the spend that returns nothing and removes it, weekly, forever"
NeverA hundred clicks before a zero-conversion term is called waste.Who this is for
Founders ready to pay for customers, who want to know the numbers are real.
Where every platform stands.
You press Connect and log in on the platform’s own site. No keys, ever. Tap a row for the detail.
Nothing above is a technical limit. Every one of these platforms has a complete write API, and what stands between a row and a live campaign is our own application to that platform rather than anything in the code. Where a row says in review, that is us in a queue, and it is published here rather than described as coming soon.
What it costs.
- A specialist on your account
- Never a percentage of ad spend
